Who is this guy?
I have no idea. But I’m figuring it out. After my famed Little League pitching career flamed out, it was time to turn to something other than sports, so I joined a startup youth theater company in my hometown of Buffalo, NY. I liked it. And there I stayed.
Performing through high school and college at West Virginia University, I found my niche on stage as “weird little side characters” (me, to my parents) and off as an educator, leader, and outdoor professional. Yes, that’s a real qualification, and I eat that up, I promise.
Aside from being a musical theater performer, I boast the oddest collection of certifications, jobs, and hobbies including but not limited to: an expired forklift certification, short story author, zipline guide, radio personality, amateur banjoist, poet, a current Wilderness First Aid and CPR certificate, backpacker, podcaster, movie buff, and Jennifer Coolidge impersonator.
I love long drives with my friends, obnoxious stories, riddles, clownery, making jokes, camping, and learning new things: skills or details about myself. I advocate strongly for mental health and therapy and believe it’s the best way to find out who you are.
I’m always open to recommendations of new music, musicals, or movies and to chat about where I come from. I borrowed inspiration on the long introduction from Blake Rouse (check him out) but thanks for reading all of it. I appreciate y’all.
Let’s get in touch!
Want to chat, see what I’m working on, or call me back for the next hit musical? All of the above and more are welcome! I look forward to hearing from you.
